We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's our policy.
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
